COVID PROTOCOLS

4 pillars of safety
COVID COMMUNICATION FOR CUSTOMERS
Hello Palouse Empire Gymnastics Families,
Utilizing all of the CDC guidelines, PEG is offering limited programming under the Idaho Rebounds Phase 2 guidelines.   We graciously thank our Spring 2020 families for sticking with us and welcome new students at any time.  Please take the time to read the documents above to get a full understanding of all of our protocols and policies.  If you have any questions, please let us know.
Mark and Lynne Kindelspire

WHAT PROTOCOLS AND CLEANING ARE YOU PRACTICING?
See the above documents.
We are using approved CDC disinfectants and sanitizers throughout the building.

July 2, 2020, The City of Moscow requires a mask in public spaces where the 6ft physical distancing is not able to be maintained.
Students will wash their hands/sanitize before class and after an activity that involved high touch areas.  We have removed equipment to allow more space.  We have reduced class ratios (1:4 or 1:6) and overall gym density (max of 3 groups in the gym instead of 5).  We have modified lessons to comply with the new protocols.   Our teachers will be masked while coaching.  Spotting has been eliminated except when necessary to safely learn a skill .

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE GYM AT A TIME?
The gymnasium (7000sqft) has been divided into 3 workout zones (front, middle and back).  At most, we will have 3 classes with 4-6 kids in each class with 1 instructor.  That's 2300 sq ft per class!  Private Lessons are also available for those wanting a one-on-one environment.  Only 1 adult may enter the gym with their child.  It is recommend parents wait in the car until class is over.

WHAT ABOUT THE LESSONS I PAID FOR IN MARCH 2020?
Virtual Make-up Tokens have been issued for the 9 lessons missed.  Each program has a token value attached.  Reserve your spot online and we will take care of the rest.  In order for PEG to survive, we will need to maintain our cash flow.  You may see some programs have a cost+token value listed.   These tokens are valid for 1 year and can be redeemed in a variety of ways.

WHAT ABOUT A REFUND?

We are trying to avoid issuing refunds, but if you are leaving the area, have a high risk individual in the household or have financial hardship, please contact us.    For those with a high-risk individual in the household, we recommend a Private Lesson.

HOW DO WE REGISTER?
Enter the NEW parent portal and log in.  From there you can see the programs we are currently offering.  No payment is required when registering online.  When you arrive the first day of class, we will review your account for accuracy and you can pay then.  We are preferring payment via check or cash so that we can reduce overhead costs.
