We have classes for children as young as 18 months old. Our parent assisted classes are presented using the age appropriate activities for the emerging toddler. We understand that there are many "grey lines" in the development of each child and it's important to place your child is the class that is best for their personal development. If you have questions, please feel free to talk with our directors about your child's needs.
A drop-in class for children 18mos-2.5yrs. The open format of this class allows children to explore the first 10 mins of class and then participate in semi-structured activities learn by the class facilitator.
An enrolled class for children 2.5yrs-3.5yrs. The goal of this class is to build the student/teacher relationship so the child is prepared to enter PreGym independently and successfully.
Children ages 3-5 learn though play! What better way to give them a smart start and a strong foundation during their preschool years. Gymnastics lessons include all aspects of learning; gross motor skills like hop scotch and skipping, cognitive skills like counting backwards and colors, social interaction with new friends, and developing the student/teacher relationship. Each month has a theme and target skills to keep class fun and exciting!
Age 3-4. Students need to able to participate without the aid of a parent on the floor. In addition to the physical world, we will also work on listening and following directions.
Ages 4-5. In this class we will start working more gymnastics specific skills in preparation for entering Level 1 the following year.
Girls gymnastics includes instruction on vault, bars, beam , floor, trampoline and tumble track. At P.E.G we have an extensive curriculum with up to 60 skills per level. Age groupings allow for students to be with their peers while progressing through the levels.
Students are divided into K-1st and 2nd-5th grade Sections. Beginning tumbling and gymnastics skills are taught.
JR/SR LEVEL 1/ADV. LEVEL 1
For middle school/high school students in 6th-12th grade.
ADV. LEVEL 1
Must have passed Level 1 skills. Students are divided into 1st-3rd and 4th-6th grade sections.
LEVEL 2/ADV.LEVEL 2
Must have passed Adv. Level 1 skills.
Jr Team 3rd-5th grade
Sr Team 6th-12th grade. Competition is an option.

NinjaZone combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement to introduce kids to the exciting world of Ninja Sport! In NinjaZone class, kids learn flips, rolls, jumps,
and kicks, in combination with strength and agility courses. This fast paced and fun new sport creates a solid foundation for success, based on important values and character
Ages 4-K. A CoEd class that is geared toward the active child with a vivid imagination. 3yr olds should start in either Tumble Tykes or PreGym class unless approved by instructor.

Tumbling & Tramp
Our CoEd Tumbling and Trampoline classes are a great option for the those just wanting to focus on tumbling skills. Our instructors use progressions and drills to teach beginning through advanced flipping skills. Students will rotate to the floor exercise, trampoline, tumble track and mini trampoline.
TNT LEVEL 1
K-4th grade Beginning tumbling and trampoline skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels and beginning front saltos.
TNT LEVEL 2
2nd-8th Grade. Once a student has passed all of the Level 1 skills, they can enter this class. Skills include front and back saltos.
JR/SR TNT LEVEL 1/LEVEL 2
For middle school/high school students in 6th-12th grade
ADV. TUMBLING TECHNIQUE
All Ages. Must be able to perform a round-off back handspring or round-off back tuck without spot on the floor NEW! Punch card pricing!
FLIP FLOP SHOPS
This class focuses on learning the back handspring and the round-off back handspring only! Divided by age, 2nd-5th graders have an enrolled class while 6th-12th graders have a punch card class.
